Can that be true? An organic pop tart? Why would some mad scientist attempt to create such a thing? What's next, beer without taste? Oh, they already did that with PBR. Well at least Sven didn't have to pay for them.

Yous guys that are training are hard core. Puch ups and ab thingies too!! And a couple runs down the mountain. Time for a nap after all that.

Now me on the otherhand, I am training very hard on a secret specialized workout regemine. I don't want you all staring at my ass in the lycra, but you won't be able to avert yor gaze.
