A wet one

Saturday's planned epic ride was virtually a washout. A1 and I met early to start and decided to take a pass as it was raining in Ark like amounts. A little later in the AM the rain subsided somewhat and we met Dr. Ass about 10AM. None of the other folks who said they would venture out with us showed. No surprise there. So we got about 2 hours in and I logged about 2k in vert climbing and the DR and A1 got about 2300 feet. It was a cold wet ride. Sure hope Jay is at least warmer. I think I can deal with the wetness, but the cold was getting old after a while. Well this weekend is Crank the Kanc, weather forcast is for rain. Surprise.
